07/18/11 rpPaq improvements

The following improvements were made to rpPaq on July 18, 2011: 

1. The Standard G-17 rpScoreboard view now includes the rpCamera inputs of all participating users, within a License Group, even those who did not gain a response from the other party (such that they would each have the benefit of a consummated QR Snapshot for the month).  This assures that each user's voice will be heard and considered in the composite information for their and other's maximum advantage as they consider the information. 2. Improved the look and feel of the G-17 Timelines. Colors were improved to give a better graphical representation as to the health of specific elements related to workplace relationships. Also added a color code legend and improved the quality of printouts.
