Communications: The timeliness, completeness, accuracy, authenticity, clarity and consistency of information sharing, conversation, dialog, instruction; and related, the extended listening provided by all organizational management, leadership and supervision who impact or influence the quality of your work. This includes: offering reasonable advance notices, clear explanations, collaboration, constructive criticism, regular sharing of the current vision, mission, purpose or objectives (including “why?”), fostering constructive debate, clarity of decisions and the effectiveness of group meetings, events and sessions.
Thought: The quality of intellectual competence, relevant knowledge, ideas, self-awareness, self-reflection, understanding, focus, span of attention, priorities, perspective, curiosity, critical thinking skills, diligence, forethought, humility, creativity, openness to opposing viewpoints, decisiveness, sobriety, pragmatism, (and conversely, resistance to inappropriate, ill-thought reactions) and continual learning that are being displayed by all organizational management, leadership and supervision directing, impacting or influencing the quality of your work.
Vitality: The quality of enthusiasm, confidence, passion, purpose, stamina, perseverance, tenacity, vigor, spirit, inspiration, intensity, mojo, drive and commitment being displayed by all organizational management, leadership and supervision directing, impacting or influencing the quality of your work.
Character: The values, integrity, honesty, truthfulness, moral strength, steadfastness, respect, accountability, constancy, steadfastness, dependability and transparency being displayed by all organizational management, leadership and supervision directing, impacting or influencing the quality of your work.
Attentiveness & Development: The personal stewardship offered to you, including attention to the quality of your work (QR), coaching, timely feedback, extending personal training and development, reasonable hearing and advocacy of your personal needs and opinions, facilitation of career navigation and role advancement, availing mentors, seeking of, and receptivity and responsiveness to, your ideas, suggestions, concerns, problems, issues or grievances. This encompasses your supervisor(s) and all layers of your leadership and management who may be directing, impacting or influencing the quality of your work.
Results: The achievements, successes, outcomes, deliverables, production, improvements and victories, including the quality of planning, execution and measurement of any pertinent agenda, objective, effort or initiative (including incorporating learnings from both success and failure) that are being generated by all organizational management, leadership and supervision directing, impacting or influencing your work.
Practices: The effectiveness and efficiency of present organizational methods, processes, procedures, methods, rules, approaches, guidelines, protocols and policies that direct, impact and/or influence the quality of your work and functional performance.
Work Role Design: The present organizational and work role designs of personal, team and collective community work performance, including the effectiveness and efficiencies of interaction to realize the best organizational results (and without overlap, redundancy, confusion, risk, loss, excess or waste).
Infrastructure, Tools & Instruction: Quality of tools, equipment, facilities, fixtures, technology, work environment, accurate instruction, safety measures and any other outfitting and environmental factors that enable your optimal work performance.
Career Choice Competitiveness: The attractiveness of your present work circumstances compared to alternative attractive work options available to you within other organizations or professions, entrepreneurial endeavors or retirement.
