1. Click on Add Relationship.
Click the Set up relationship button near the top center of the page.
2. Complete required information.
A. First select the Relationship Context from the drop down list, i.e. "This person reports to me" or "I report to this person".
B. Next enter all information in the required fields. (Note: If you selected "I report to this person" you will need to enter Your Work Role Title in the appropriate field.)
C. Select the applicable Work Role Category from the drop down list.
D. If you feel you can thoughtfully and honestly give your QR perspective with this reporting relationship, leave the drop down field as is and proceed to step E.
Note: If you do not feel you can thoughtfully and honestly give your QR perspective with this relationship, next to QR Perspective, select "Create QR Snapshot later".
E. Click Next
