Specific, measurable, activity based, results oriented, time sensitive=SMART Objectives. Are these the equivalent of Shakes?

They can be Mark. What either party chooses to express as to their needs and requirements for quality work is entirely up to them. In other words, the content either party chooses to place into rpWeaver is entirely at their discretion. Once these needs are expressed (in an itemized manner within rpWeaver) a Shake is just the other party's acceptance of one item that makes up the body of content. In other words, by "shaking" on item, the party offering the shake is agreeing that they will be responsive and accountable to that specific item as expressed, whatever it may be. Once both parties have reach a threshold of shakes with the respectively submitted items, at any point each can respectively declare that they are ready to "Agree" by accepting the shakes that are in place at that time. When this point is of acceptance reached by BOTH parties, an rpAgreement is formed.

At any point in the future, either can modify the rpAgreement, as need to improve or remedy the prevailing quality of the work relationship (aka: QR).
